CEVNI Test - Inland Waterways
Endorse your ICC!
For some boaters, the Powerboat Level 2 isn’t enough on holiday. If you’re wanting to venture onto Europe’s Inland Waterways, you’ll find you need to complete a CEVNI test before sending off for your ICC. This test can be completed with us, online in just a few minutes – although you will need to study beforehand.
The test is in two parts. Part 1 is questions on buoyage and signs, and Part 2 is on lights, shapes and sound signals. Each question has a 20 second time limit. Practice tests are available before the exam, which you should definitely do! We also recommend the RYA G17 handbook (available online) for self-study beforehand.
